Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

This Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through the BioTiqs website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Returns

We currently do not accept returns of products once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Customers are requested to carefully verify the product specifications, quantity, size, packaging requirements and other order details before placing an order.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not accept product exchanges.

3. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. However, customers may contact us as soon as possible regarding a cancellation request.

Any cancellation request received after an order has been placed will be considered solely at our discretion and will depend on the processing, manufacturing and dispatch status of the order.

4. Refunds

Since returns and exchanges are not ordinarily accepted, refunds are not generally provided.

In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved by us, the refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method or applicable payment account within 15 days of approval, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that appears to be damaged, defective or materially different from the order, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after delivery with the relevant order details and supporting photographs or other evidence.

Any such request will be reviewed by our team. If a resolution is approved, it may be handled at our discretion through an appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances of the order.

6. B2B and Bulk Orders

BioTiqs primarily serves business and bulk-order requirements. Customers placing bulk orders are responsible for confirming product specifications, quantities, sizes, colours, packaging requirements and other applicable order details before confirming the order.

For bulk or customized orders, cancellation, return, exchange or refund requests may be subject to additional terms agreed between the customer and BioTiqs before order confirmation.
